Message and you can toss the SAFC. The maps are really neat how JECS engineered it. The ECU already determines what the injector pulse needs to be to make a perfect air/fuel mixture. The map is simply a revision map that allows you to change enrichment in percentage. The ECU uses four point interpolation so although you have specific points of adjustment, you can make a smooth curve from those points to have essentially an infinite number of adjustment points.

The beauty of this is it also allows you to change ignition timing just like you can with the fuel.
